I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. – Galatians 2:20
40 Days of Prayer - Day 38
Come, everyone who thirsts, come to the waters; and he who has no money, come, by and eat! Come, buy wine and milk without money and without price. Incline your ear, and come to me; hear, that your soul may live; and I will make with you an everlasting covenant, my steadfast, sure love for David. – Isaiah 55:1+3

The next day, the news that Jesus was on the way to Jerusalem swept through the city. A huge crowd of Passover visitors took palm branches and went down the road to meet Him. They shouted, ‘Praise God! Bless the one who comes in the name of the Lord! Hail to the King of Israel!’ Jesus found a young donkey and sat on it, fulfilling the prophecy that said: ‘Don’t be afraid, people of Israel. Look, your King is coming, sitting on a donkey’s colt.’ …Then the Pharisees said to each other, ‘We’ve lost. Look, the whole world has gone after him!’ - Luke 19:12- 15, 19 (CEV)
On Sundays, we pause to anticipate the coming of Easter Sunday and the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
